Central West Women’s Health Center to Honor Women’s Health Week Online | Western lawyer

In honor of Women’s Health Week, Center de santé des femmes du Center-Ouest [CWWHC] will host a series of online lectures and wellness sessions on Thursday, September 9 to help women take time for themselves and make health a priority. Sessions will include meditation, yoga, traditional Chinese medicine, as well as a discussion about a female-focused charity and virtual afternoon tea. READ ALSO: Sunny Start of Spring for Bathurst as Temperatures Rise “Sessions will stretch throughout the day,” said Ann-marie Brittain, CWWHC Health Promotion Officer. “Women can attend one or two sessions of their choice, or they can join us online for the whole day.” READ ALSO: Bathurst Spring Spectacular 2021 Will Not Take Place Guest hosts include Support the Girls Founder Jane Holmes, local GP Dr Caroline Renko and CWWHC staff Antonia Ravesi and Lorraine Murphy.
