Rita Ora sculpted AF abs in a crop top in new Paris IG photos

    Rita Ora is currently hanging out in Paris, having the time (and probably the best food) of her life, and she’s got the epic photos to prove it.

    The 31-year-old British singer-songwriter shared a total of photos on Instagram showing her lounging in the City of Lights, and she definitely took her six-pack with her. There’s Rita (and strong abs), posing in front of the Eiffel Tower from the front and from the side. Rita, plus those same abs, hanging out next to a parking meter, and Rita and her glowing abs leaning on a building.

    “A little moment of appreciation to be able to experience things. It doesn’t matter how dirty your clumsy flip flops are,” she wrote in the caption.

    People managed to lift their jaws off the ground long enough to post comments. “I mean the BODY 😍🔥,” one person said. “Absolutely gorgeous 😍,” someone else wrote.

    Naturally, the “Barricade” singer works hard for that strong core. She shared a series of snaps of herself backstage at the gym last week putting in a lot of work. In the photos, you can see Rita posing next to a weight bench and using TRX bands.

    And, in May, Rita dropped several photos of herself posing next to a punching bag (boxing is super cardio, BTW).

    Rita works out regularly with her trainer, Jono Castano (who also works with Rebel Wilson), and she has the grams to prove it. In December, Rita shared photos and videos of herself doing chest presses at the gym in a bridge position on a weight bench, working her upper body. and core at the same time.

    She also really enjoys HIIT workouts, Castano told the Daily Mail. “My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts including HIIT, stretching, and recovery,” he said. “It’s important to make sure I hit all three areas for a comprehensive fitness and wellness plan. For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then on the trunk and upper body in the middle, and on the lower body at the end.

    He also said that the two tended to “work until exhaustion” to achieve those impressive results…phew!

    And, while Rita hasn’t shared a ton of what she eats, she recently shared little snippets on Instagram of dishes like escargot (when in Paris…) and charcuterie boards. A girl has to have her protein, right?
